WE WENT THIS PLACE ON NEW YEAR EVE, MANAGER TREATED US LIKE WE ARE BEGGERS. FOOD WAS NOT FRESH, STARTERS WERE GOOD. LIVE MUSIC WAS VERY GOOD. IF YOU LIKE LIVE MUSIC THIS PLACE IS GOOD BUT I DONT SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE FOR FOOD.

The food and musical band was fantastic, if you have been there please do !!! Maybe you are missing some good time and the people around you will be even more happy to join the fun!!! Thank you Had a few Goa Team at Palm beach Hotel !!!

Visit with friends enjoyed nice food

For Ambience, music, service and cleanliness, I rate them as 'at expectation'. One disappointment did come towards the end of our meal. Restaurant Manager very kindly offered us drinks at happy hour rate but when the bill arrived all the food we ordered - Chicken lollypop, Fish tikka and P**k ribs was charged with rate plus AED 10 more per item. On asking the attendant, he said menu price excludes VAT. Now we all know the VAT rule and can do the math easily. I did not voice this at the restaurant as few extra bucks do not make a difference, but this classed as not being honest. Please watch out folks, don't fall into the coutersy and friendly service trap. Will definitely not be revisiting!!

Positive: Beautiful place the singers #venus&wife will just blow your mind with the Konkani/English live song and with the friendly conversation and the at home felling and sorry not to forget the new singers to they just make you get on the floor to feel the vibe. Service : Mr Melvin amazing as always amazing.Negetive : 1.VAT THEY CHARGE ON THE BILL.2.food quality dropped down.3.food ordering process waiters delay to come on your table.4.food serving time extremely late. i used to like this place but for there billing and the service time for any order this place is a big no from me but place what i like is for the good people. Still disappointed with my today's visit.

Been here for the first time for Christmas... the set up & ambience is great ...The food was great too..Except for some delay in the food.. maybe because it was Christmas...

Nice food and beverages. Good ambiance, with live music. Nice place to have Mangalorean and Goan food. You can even request to meet Chef Ashok and customize your dishes..

The food quality is getting poor, it's not like before

Prices on the menu and the bill don't match. Had to fight with the restaurant manager who was reluctant to correct the bill. Eventually had to involve the hotel manager to get a refund of 100 over a bill of 992 (post reconciling the bill based on actual menu prices and adding 5% vat). Giving it one star only because of the duo that sings here.

Konkan delight. Not much range from the knokan region though, but the food served was indeed delicious. Good live music, good service

All the good reviews that i have heard about this place are true. Had a party for around 25 friends . The authentic Goan food was mouthwatering and to add to its flavor the staff were very cordial especially the Manager Mr. Melwin who showed the right balance of friendliness and efficiency. The live music kept are feet tapping through out the evening.We all had an amazing time and looking forward for many more visits to this place. Indeed a great place to chill out.

Live goan music/bane and delicious food. The overall ambience is good, this place is a cracker in terms of konkani music and typical goan delicacies. Must visit if ur from Goa.

My Favourite Goan restaurant in Dubai!! The food reminds you of the proper Goa Food. I recommend the Fried Pomfret, The Chicken Sausages and the Diced Fish Fry also the Masala Prawns the list goes on honestly!! The Manager there Melywn is a totally amazing person and I just love the whole ambience that is set there. The cherry on top is the Live Music which starts at 9pm onwards!

Food was nice but the place is creeepy. I am not Indian and I'm not a reliable person to judge whst a Goa Restaurant looks and feels like but this one is like an old heavily decorated restaurant. Oh and one of my friends caught a rat their.

The food quality is great, just love the place. Live band is awesome however they play old songs but still nice to hear as reminds you old days. Service is quick staff is friendly it is absolutely worth while.It has nice view from the terrace., clean and well maintained.

The draft beer i feel is adulterated, i had only 2.25 draft and next day i had very severe headache.Be careful if you go to the toilet and expect banging on your door.when i went to the washroom the singer VENUS continously banged the door and upon asking he denied, when i asked the manager to show me cctv footage and told him that i will report the matter he accepted singer VENUS had banged the door. If the Singer Venus couldnt control the pee he would have used other washroom in the hotel.This is a very pathatic approach by the reataurant management. The toilet tap, the sensor doesnt work.Have been visitng this place for the last 12 years, but i think this a normal Dubai service industry approach when they get popular they think they are above all authorities. Singer VENUS is absolutely un professional and so is the reataurant management.

We had the pleasure of celebrating my husband's birthday with family and friends when were in Dubai. The food, service and the band was excellent. We had a great time and the staff was amazing. Loved the fish and prawn curry.

Most popular Goan restaurant in Dubai. It has been there since over two decades. It is in the heart of Khalid bin Waleed Street! Excellent Goan Food and to add it has super Live duo Band to keep you entertained. Reasonably priced. A sure VFM.

Great classic goan food gud value

Dissapointed with the service. This is one restaurant where I see customers walking up to the waiters to ask what they want. The restaurant terribly managed by two waiters today. When asked what they would suggest best in their main course the reply I got from waiter was "see the menu its all there" and he just runs off. Due to the unresponsiveness of the waiter we left after having our starters.. The food is below average. The chicken lollipop tasted as though it was fried in reused oil. Don't think we will be visiting this place again.
